Rules & Regulations
1. You are allowed to submit a maximum of 3 entries for the Competition.
2. All entries must be in by 12 noon, 15 October 2008. Late entries will be automatically disqualified.
3. All entries must contain one photograph, the official entry form and the correct entry fee. Incomplete entries will be automatically disqualified.
4. Students will be judged in their own category while all others will be judged in the Open Category.
The decision of the judges is deemed final, and no appeal will be entertained.
Who can participate
The Competition is open to all MyKad holders. Students will be judged against other students while the Open category will be judged in totality.
Entry Forms
Entry forms are available from Alamanda Shopping Centre in Putrajaya Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd, Bloomingdale Advertising Sdn Bhd and http://www.putrajayaartsfest.com.my.
Submit your entry together with your selection of photographs (a maximum of 3 entries per participant).
Each photograph must be accompanied by the entry form listing your name, contact information and entry fee.
Mailed-in entries must be accompanied by Cheque or Money Order made payable to Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd. Entries submitted without the proper forms and payment will be disqualified.
Submission of Entries
• Submit prints in colour or B/W and in CD format (jpeg). Prints or mounts may not exceed 8R (8”x10”) in size.
• Proof of posting is not proof of receiving.
• The organisers shall not be responsible for photograph/s damaged or lost in mail.
• Putrajaya Holdings Berhad retains the right to refuse any entry for any reason.
All entries must reach us by 12 noon on 15 October.

Entry Fees
Student category: RM10 for each entry (maximum of 3 photographs per entry)
(Please submit a photocopy of your student ID for verification.)
Open category: RM15 for each entry (maximum of 3 photographs per entry)

Student Category

Winners Notification
• All winners will be notified via online/phone By 20 October 2008.
• All prizes must be collected personally.
• All winners from 1st to 10th place will be announced only at the prize-giving ceremony.
• The work of all 1st, 2nd, 3rd prize-winners will be displayed in an exhibition at Alamanda
Shopping Centre.
When’s the prize-giving ceremony
The prize-giving ceremony will be held on 25 October 2008 at Alamanda Shopping Centre.
